Best Way to Weight Loss 20 Pounds

 

1. Replace one food in each meal each day with a fat burning food. For example, replace your mashed potatoes with a good helping of salad or beans. Beans are great not only for fiber, but burning fat as well! So we can weight loss nicely.
2. Eat more often! Cut your portion size back, and eat 4 or 5 meals per day instead of 3. Not only will you feel full all the time, but you will increase metabolism. A constant supply of calories is needed in your body for metabolism to work properly and burn fat.
3. Add a small amount of exercise. You would be surprised how little exercise it takes to increase metabolism, which in turn burns off calories like crazy. Doing 15 or 20 minutes of weight bearing exercise just 3 times per week will make a huge difference!
